Supply Chain Customer Support Executive -Order Processing-Customer Service-July

The Programme 

Drive integrated activities with the extended supply chain and customer teams, as well as through collaboration, both internally and externally, to ensure customer service requirements are understood and met. 
 
Team Structure: 

  • Reporting to: Customer Experience Manager MYSG.  

6-months contract. 

What You Will Do

  • Perform daily order validations by working closely with Order Processing Hub. 
  • Accomplish adjustment/fulfilment of orders according to standard operation procedures and prioritizations guidelines. 
  • Liaison between supply planners, warehouse and transport team, order processing hub, and external customers. 
  • Escalates to Line Manager on matters related to customers issues. 
  • Execute order to delivery process according to Unilever Global Financial Control Framework. 
    Act as gate keeper & implement strict adherence to processes & cut offs. 
  • Deliver agreed Customer Case Fill on Time (CCFOT), Case Fill (CFR), Dispatch Rate (DR) and Dispatch Rate Original Order (DROO). 
  • Ensure all orders (sales order, return order and reject orders) are processed on time in accordance with the agreed cut off time. 
  • Optimize truck load by coordinating with customers and distributors/Third-Party Logistic (3PL). 
  • Actively involved in stocks planning during product new launch and promotion SKUs. 
  • Work closely with Customer Development (CD) team and Customers if Logistic Aging arisen.
  • Manage and develop Customer Service Hub team. 

Key Stakeholders: 

  • Internal: CD Team, Planners, Logistic Team, Shipping Team. 
  • External: 3PL, Customers. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

Essential Experience/Skill/Knowledge: 

  • Possess Diploma/Degree in any relevant field.   
  • 1 year in supply chain customer support (order processing) work experience. 
  • Fresh grads are encouraged to apply.   
  • System knowledge in SAP and BW. 
  • Fundamental working knowledge in Microsoft Office Application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Able to start work in August 2023 for 6 months contract.  

Desirable Experience/Skill/Knowledge: 

  • Good analytical skills, negotiation skills and problem-solving skills. 
  • Supply Chain customer service or logistics functions. 
  • Objective and result oriented.
  • Passion to work and a strong team spirit. 

 Travel: 

  • No travel is required.
