Internship - Quality & Compliance - Administration

If you’re interested in kick-starting your career in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment and getting a closer look at how our company approaches in the areas that may include Marketing, E-Commerce, Customer Business Development, Supply Chain, Procurement, Legal, HR Project Management and Learning & Development, we’d like to meet you. 
 
Join our Communications team and help us craft and tell the stories of how Unilever is transforming every day of employees and societies internally and externally. 
 
Key features: 

  • Be a key team player in our Communications team to support the Company's Communications strategy with execution. 
  • You will assist in planning, writing and managing internal communications and develop high-quality content/communications and visuals for pre- and post-companywide initiatives/activities to build and sustain momentum for a united Unilever. 
  • You will manage and continuously improve the overall communications channel/infrastructure, e.g. email, and digital signage to ensure messages are cascaded effectively among employees.
  • You will be fully involved, support and ensure the smooth execution of companywide events/initiatives/activities (physically and virtually) led by the Communications and Corporate Affairs team such as town halls/get-togethers. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field with a relevant major in Mass Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or equivalent, with a strong career interest in Communications. 
  • Strong project management skills. 
  • Work knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications and others such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator/In-Design. 
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written. 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills - able to engage with many stakeholders in an organized manner. 
  • Able to commit for at least 3 to 6 months.
  • Early graduates who are looking for internship experiences.
