Procurement Logistics plays a critical role in ensuring our products move through our extended supply chain to meet our customer requirements. While we need to establish operational excellence to support manufacturing and customer service with on time, in full logistics services, we also have major contribution to driving business profitability and growth.

What You Will Do

Procurement Logistic Support: 

  • Involved with developing medium/long-term logistics strategies. 
  • Manage saving projects to further enhance business profitability. This includes organizing savings workshops to collaborate with key stakeholders to identify savings. Implementing, tracking and ensuring that these are updated in our reporting platform. 
  • Manage end-to-end contracting and any relevant legal documentation compliance, i.e.: Nondisclosure Agreements,
  • Commercial Term Contracts, Purchasing Agreements, and Service Level agreements. 
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment queries. 
    • Resolve pricing disputes and update in DCIW system. 
    • Coordinate with P2P and update vendor on the status. 
    • Raise urgent payment requests and follow up on approval.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field and have a strong career interest in Supply Chain/Procurement. 
  • Strong analytical skills. 
  • Good organization skills and detail oriented. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications – able to automate worksheets and use power tools (e.g., Power BI). 
  • Able to work within tight timelines, a fast learner and possess good interpersonal skills. 
  • Able to commit for at least 3-6 months of internship. 
  • Early graduates who are seeking internship experience.
