What You Will Do

Culinary:

• Create dish concepts and ideas in-line with specific customer needs. 
• Utilize current trends and data to create dishes that are relevant to customers. 
• Participate in Chef Engagement Activities.

Project Management & Business Development:

• Pitching of dish ideas and concepts to customers. 
• Managing key projects and their timeline.

Social Media:

• Create food content for Social Media. 
• Involved in Videography and Photography of Food for Social Media.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor's Degree in Culinology, Culinary Management or relevant.   
• Possess good culinary skills and business knowledge in the food & beverage industry. 
• Preferably with food science knowledge, and has strong interest in social media, entrepreneurship, sales and marketing.  
• Able to commit for at least six (6) months starting in July/August 2023. 
• Early graduates who are looking for internship experiences.
