Unilever is currently hiring for an Internship - Finance based in Malaysia.

What can you expect from the role? 

• Keeping Track of all Transfer Pricing Purchase Price Variance (PPV) from all third-party manufacturers. 
• Verify invoices received by manufacturers. 
• Prepare Journal (JV) for PPV during month-end closing. 
• Work closely with the Hub Team (GPPV team) and local procurement team for PPV checking. 
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. 
• Keeping Track of all Demurrage and Detention Charges (D&D) for all suppliers. 
• Prepare quarterly Price Cost Estimation (PCE) vs PCE movement file together with the Supply Chain Hub Team (SCFS team). 
• Data Extraction for PCE preparation/ check from SAP or PBCS system. 
• Check and review the relevant PCE preparation file. 
• Update export transfer pricing for MYSG. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

• We are looking for someone with agility as a talent catalyst. You must have a strong sense of purpose and be passionate about leading from within to bring out the best in others! 
• You are a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics or equivalent. 
• You are meticulous and have analytical skills. 
• You have proven project management skills. 
• You can commit for at least 3 to 6 months.
• You are Finance graduates who are looking for full-time or part-time internship experience.
