The Programme

Our Next Expert in Technology (NExT) Graduate Programme is designed to cultivate young talents, offering exposure to cutting-edge technologies and the opportunity to work within dynamic, cross-functional squads.  
 
We are seeking ambitious and tech-savvy graduates to join our NExT Graduate Programme; Tech Force Edition.  
 
As a participant, you will be immersed in our squad-based approach, collaborating with diverse teams to tackle real-world challenges and develop innovative solutions at the intersection of technology and finance.

What You Will Do

Squad Participation:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams comprised of various developers working on innovative projects that solve complex challenges in the finance industry  
  • Contribute to assigned projects by leveraging your technical skills and domain knowledge 
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy software solutions that address key business objectives, leveraging the latest technologies and best practices. 

Full Stack Development Focus:

  • Gain hands-on experience in full stack development, with exposure to both front-end and back-end technologies.  
  • Participate in the development of end-to-end solutions, from user interface design to server-side logic and database integration.  
  • Explore modern web development frameworks and tools to build responsive, scalable applications. 
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both frontend and backend components. 

Technology Exploration: 

  • Gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge skills used in the financial services industry 
  • Participate in comprehensive workshops, training sessions, and industrial visits to expand your technical expertise and stay abreast of industry trends 

Innovation and Problem-Solving:

  • Apply your creativity and critical thinking skills to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within our technology ecosystem  
  • Work collaboratively with peers to brainstorm ideas, prototype solutions, and iterate based on feedback and data-driven insights 

Networking and Engagement: 

  • Build relationships with fellow program participants, mentors, and industry professionals through networking events, meetups, and virtual communities  
  • Engage with leaders and experts across different departments to gain insights into various aspects of the financial service industry

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any related fields.  
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, JavaScript, etc.) and familiarity with software development concepts.  
  • Passion for technology and its potential to transform the financial services industry.  
  • Leadership potential demonstrated through extracurricular activities, internships, or previous roles.  
  • Agility to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.  
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.  
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
