The Programme

Professional Training and Education for Growing Entrepreneur (PROTEGE) is one of Maybank Group’s Corporate Responsibility programmes in support of the Government’s initiatives to enhance the employability of unemployed graduates.

\r\n

The learning outlines are targeted for the roles in frontline as well as customer facing.

\r\n

Graduates selected for the Maybank's Protege Programme (Ready-To-Work) will undergo eight (8) months on-the-job training within the Maybank Group business unit nationwide.

\r\n

Required Skills and Abilities

\r\n

Open to all fresh graduates with a minimum qualification of Bachelor's degree, who have been unemployed or are underemployed.
Good interpersonal skills and customer-centric acumen.
Forward-thinking, results-driven, self-motivated and enthusiastic.
Committed to continuous-learning and self-improvement.
