Human Resource Admin

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily management of compensation systems and employee benefits, enhancing talent attraction and retention through competitive incentive schemes. Responsible for paying employees' monthly EPF, SOSCO, EIS, and medical insurance contributions.
  • Responsible for processing employee onboarding and offboarding procedures. Upload employee information into the company system. Manage attendance records and assist in payroll calculation.
  • Handle employee relations matters, focus on employee care, assist in performance management, and enhance team atmosphere and work efficiency.
  • Assist leaders in conducting demand research (covering campus recruitment, local laws, labor policies, and customs).
  • Manage comprehensive administrative tasks, including providing translation support for leaders in personnel and administrative matters, and possess basic recruitment capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • 0-2 years of comprehensive HR administration experience with familiarity across all HR modules.
  • Proficiency in Chinese, English, Malay. Cantonese and Hokkien is a plus.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to drive cross - department collaboration.
  • IT industry background are preferred.
  • High potential for growth.
