Cisco’s Commerce & Lifecycle Operations (CLO) organization: 
 
Regional Operations (RO) provides operational engagement and advisory services to customers, partners and sales across commerce processes for Cisco’s products, services and software business. 
 
The Business Operations Analyst works directly with ASEAN Field Ops Leader and other cross-functional stakeholders to provide world class operations management and advisory services.

What You Will Do

  • Develop innovative solutions for real business challenges. 
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects. 
  • Analyze internal processes, data, and problems. 
  • Identify issues and areas for improvement. 
  • Identify new business models and benefits from enabling new capabilities. 
  • Map internal processes and improve how people work together.

Who You Are:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Analytics, or a related area. 
  • Demonstrated interest in excel –volunteering, internship, coursework, or other relevant experiences. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; language skills beyond English are a plus. 
  • Team oriented, with effective collaboration and influencing skills. 
  • Detail oriented, resourceful, and able to prioritize under deadlines.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver, overcoming challenges and learning from failure.
