The Accounting Specialist provides accounts payable support in APAC Shared Services team.

What You Will Do

• Process accounts payable transactions. 
• Verify appropriate approvals of invoices, investigate & monitor unresolve accounts payable issues. 
• Conduct various month end closing related works & monthly reconciliations. 
• Monthly reporting of KPI & management report. 
• Vendor management. 
• Participate in ad hoc projects.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Candidate must possess or is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. 
• Preferred skill(s): Work Independently, Problem Solving Skills, Strong Written Communication.

Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang. 
 
Preferred minimum of 3-month Internship duration.
