Financial Market Associate Programme - Global Market Sales

The Programme

The Global Market function leverages our in-depth knowledge of markets to provide timely financial advice, products and solutions to our clients.  
 
Together with our segment managers, we manage our clients’ investment, liability and risk management needs through a comprehensive suite of treasury products and services across multiple asset classes. 
 
This is a 18 months' training programme, attached to Global Markets, Sales Dealer team.

What You Will Do

• Assist Sales team in the acquisition of new clients, build and nurture customer relationships with both local and foreign clients. 
• Assist in executing trades for clients in all markets with due diligence and care. 
• Reporting to clients timely, orderly and accurately at all times. 
• Work closely with governance team i.e. Legal, Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance to ensure proper control and governance. 
• Promote and cross sell Bank’s products.

Required Skills and Abilities

• A University degree from a recognized university in a relevant field. 
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and on-the-job training will be provided. 
• Keen interest in financial market, passion for dealing in stocks and shares. 
• High achiever and target driven. 
• Able to work independently, a team player and have good communication skills. 
• Basic knowledge of Treasury products including fixed income, foreign exchange instruments such as Spot, Options, Swaps, Forwards and interest rate derivatives.
