Your team: 
 
You'll be working in Malaysia Operations team in Kuala Lumpur.  
 
We provide seamless front to back support to domestic & international client for Malaysia trade settlement. We support Securities Borrowing & Lending transactions too. We provide seamless settlement process & provide the best services to our clients. 
 
We're looking for Operation Support Analyst (Entry-Level role) to:

• be responsible for day-to-day operations-related processes on the complete life cycle of equities trades executed on Bursa Malaysia and SBL business vis a vis client account opening process, trade, settlement, funding and pre /post settlement controls and reconciliations. 
• prepare and timely submit of regulatory reporting to Bursa Malaysia, Bursa Clearing as well as internal reporting in accordance with UBS key procedural controls. 
• liaise with clients (internal and external), custodians and settlement bank for good settlement and able to handle inquiries as and when arise. 
• participate in projects and initiatives which are locally / regionally driven including industry changes within the Malaysian securities market. Focus on RPA initiatives and guide direct reports/peers towards similar skillset.

Required Skills and Abilities

• preferably 2-5 years working experience in the financial industry. 
• fresh graduates who keen to start a career path in the financial industry are encouraged to apply. 
• proven ability in simple macro will be value added. 
• good working attitude, willing to learn & listen. 
• degree or equivalent with a focus in a finance or equivalent field.
