The Graduate Programme

Our Graduate Programme gives you immediate exposure to actual client assignments: it will challenge your imagination and creativity, as well as your ability to analyse and synthase data, draw conclusions and present recommendations.

The programme will help you to quickly build technical knowledge, consulting skills and overall industry experience.

Our graduate opportunities can be broken down into two areas: Actuarial Consulting and Non-Actuarial Consulting.

Actuarial Consulting

  • Benefits Consulting*
  • Investment Consulting
  • Risk Consulting

Non-Actuarial Consulting

  • Talent & Rewards Consulting

*Please note that is not compulsory to study the professional exams if you join Benefits Consulting.

We hire Graduates on a rolling basis; therefore, we'd strongly encourage you to apply at the earliest opportunity. We will stop processing applications once our vacancies are all filled and/or when we hit application deadline.

Before applying, please ensure that you check our current opportunities page to confirm whether or not we are hiring in the Country and Segment that you are interested in, as well as the application deadlines.

Start date for the South East Asia Graduate Programme will be between July/August each intake year. Please see our FAQs section if you have any questions about start dates.

The Summer Intern Programme

At Towers Watson, we devote a lot of time and energy in making our Summer Intern Programmes the best they can be. Why? We consider summer interns to be critical - after all, many of our best graduate hires were once our best summer interns.

A summer internship at Towers Watson will give you valuable real-world experience while you are still a student. You'll apply your education in an environment that is both intellectually challenging and rewarding. At the end of your time with us, you'll have a greater understanding of what we do and how closely our career offerings match your career ambitions.

Our Summer Intern Programme in South East Asia takes place during your academic summer break. University summer breaks in South East Asia vary depending on country.

Before applying, please ensure that you check our current opportunities page to confirm whether or not we are hiring in the Country and Segment that you are interested in, as well as the application deadlines.

Please note: Our Summer Intern Programme acts as a pipeline for the following year’s Graduate placements; therefore you must be a Citizen or Permanent Residence Pass Holder for the country in which you are applying. If you do not meet the above requirements, along with those detailed in the job description, your application will not be progressed.

Please ensure that you review what we look for prior to applying to ensure that you meet our minimum requirements.
