What You Will Do

  • Review and improvise current testing method & quality control system for incoming, in process & finished product.
  • Develop additional quality testing methods and systems for incoming, in process & finished products to prevent the production of defective gloves.
  • Transform the conventional testing method to real time & semi or fully automated testing in order to improve process control consistency.
  • Conduct market research on QA & QC control systems & advance testing equipment by glove industry, rubber industry & other manufacturing industries.
  • Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
  • The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure instruction.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Chemistry, Science, Engineering or equivalent from reputable universities.
  • CGPA should be 3.00 and above.
  • Fresh Graduate or at least 1 year working experience in glove, medical or other relevant industries.
  • Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
  • Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
  • Pleasant personality and able to interact with all levels of people.

  • Project management skills with proven ability to effectively lead teams and deliver results.
  • Would be an added advantage to have knowledge in Automated testing/ system & experience in handling projects related to Industry 4.0 & Artificial Intelligence.
