What You Will Do

  • Execute latest directive on Human Resources matters. 
  • Liaise with Government Authorities on matters related to Human Resource such as Labour and Immigration Department. 
  • Coordinate with Human Resource Personnel from respective factories of the workers welfare meeting and agenda. 
  • Assist during sport and event function organized by company. 
  • Prepare necessary documentation on Domestic Inquiry. 
  • Assist to vet through documents received from Personnel from other departments before sending them to their office for approval, comments and feedback. 
  • Attend to foreign workers disciplinary issues. 
  • Assist in compiling data to prepare Group Human Resource Meeting and Departmental Meeting. 
  • Take minutes of meeting and to follow up on matters raise in meeting of Group Human Resource and Departmental Meeting. 
  • Manage and conduct gotong - royong sessions on workers hostels as per schedule. 
  • Lead the Human Resource Sports Club Committee. 
  • Assist in performing follow ups on behalf of Lead Human Resource Personnel. 
  • Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior. 
  • The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure / instruction. 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent from reputable universities. 
  • Preferably 2 to 5 years of related working experience. 
  • FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply. 
  • A team player with strong communication skill. 
  • Good command of English (spoken and written). 
  • Pleasant personality and able to interact with all levels of people. 
  • Positive working attitude and able to work independently in a team environment. 
  • High level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality. 
  • Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written). 
  • Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills. 
  • Pleasant personality and able to interact with all levels of people.
