O2C Intern – Collection - Finance/Accounting/Economics

What You Will Do

• Communication with clients / follow up on overdue invoices. 
• Review customer accounts. 
• Debt collection monitoring. 
• Dispute management. 
• Following defined policies and procedures. 
• Participation in continuous process improvement. 
• Accurately and timely perform all activities, according to the guidelines received from Manager.

Required Skills and Abilities

• In the course of studies preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration. 
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel). 
• Very good command of English language (both verbal and written). 
• Very good communication skills.
