HR Intern - Management - 3- 6 Months

The Programme

Assist all administrative activities and facilitate the smooth running of the HR department.

What You Will Do

Assist in:

• Overall HR matters including employee engagement, payroll, new employee induction, recruitment, compensation & benefits, internal reporting, learning & development, performance management, and HR compliance. 
• Facilitate workforce planning that supports our business strategy and ensuring it is in compliance with our Target Operating Model (TOM). 
• Works closely with our recruitment team and hire according to TMF’s Group Core competencies. 
• Running initiatives to improve employee engagement and work satisfaction. 
• Conducting induction to new joiners. 
• Other ad-hoc assignments.

Required Skills and Abilities

• 2nd or 3rd year students who are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, Majoring in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent. 
• CGPA above average. 
• Good command of English. 
• Great in Microsoft Office. 
• Able to work well with a diverse group of people. 
• Have a keen eye for details, highly organized with excellent follow-up skills and ability to multitask.
