We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2023.  
 
Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience.

We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

What You Will Do

• Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle, which includes sourcing, screening and engaging top talents. 
• Support strategic talent-mapping, market research projects and deliver insights to business leaders to support business growth.  
• Support new projects, and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.  
• Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams.  
• Support TA in any other general HR-related work and/or projects.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Undergraduate or Master students with strong interest in Recruitment/HR.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
• Proficiency in English.  
• Outstanding academic achievements. 
• Self-driven, proactive, and dedicated goal achiever.  
• Able to commit to a full-time 6-month internship at least and work in the office minimum 3 days a week.
