About the team: 
  
The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE.  
 
From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.

What You Will Do

• Assisting Ops team with managing day-to-day operation such as providing assistance in platform traffic operations as well as regional & local campaign configuration & promotion.  
• Monitor social media trends and developments, provide research on latest trends and development within the platform and community space and create a weekly always-on newsletter with platform's latest trends etc.  
• Support Content/Social Media team with:  
• Content creation - to edit event videos and post on TikTok. 
• Content planning.  
• Research and suggest suitable short videos content ideas such as educational videos or trending videos to be posted on Official Account.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Actively enrolled university students who are able to commit to the role for a minimum of 3 months to 6 months.  
• Strong communication and written skills in English. 
• Solid interest in social content products and a knack/eye for social trends.  
• Good design and video editing skills.  
• Strong coordination, collaborative, and time management skills; is able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
