You will enjoy having these responsibilities: 
 
Assist Legal & Contract Management team to:

  • Review and update existing contracts.  
  • Participate in negotiations of contract terms with internal and external business partners. 
  • Explain terms and conditions to managers and interested parties. 
  • Ensure employees understand and comply with company contracts. 
  • Analyze the potential risks involved with certain contract terms. 
  • Keep up to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed. 
  • Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on the contract are met (e.g payment and delivery). 
  • Maintain an organized system of physical and digital records and Create language standards for existing and new contracts.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Undergraduate or Graduate in Diploma or Degree in Business Admin, Economics, Finance or any related field. 
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Good multitasking and organizational skills. 
  • Can work in a team, proactive and self-motivated. 
  • Familiarity with contract management principles, including contract drafting, negotiation, interpretation, and administration, is essential. 
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential for drafting proposals, communicating with stakeholders, and negotiating contract terms. 
  • Contract and bid administrators must have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in bid documents, contract terms, and administrative tasks. 
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities, requirements, and deadlines is essential in a dynamic business environment. 
  • Effective communication, both verbal and written, is key when liaising with stakeholders, negotiating contract terms, and documenting agreements. 
  • Strong organizational skills are essential for managing multiple bids, contracts, and deadlines simultaneously.
