Gain hands on experience in Growth Marketing where you can expect to be involved in the end-to-end journey of an entrepreneur, from ideation and product enhancement to developing a marketing strategy and see these plans come into life through execution of sales campaigns for the respective targeted universities.
What you will do
(What is this role all about? What does the applicant have to do?)
- Understand the product to align marketing and sales initiatives
- Derive a go-to-market strategy for your respective universities by identifying relevant channels to engage (e.g. lecturers, faculties, club & societies, etc.)
- Engage within assigned local universities via promotional activities to drive Sales
- Collaborate and exchange ideas/tactics for best working sales strategy with other sales group teams
- Provide customer engagement as ambassadors for the digital product
- Go through trainings on Sales practices, Sales conversions and Customer management on Lynda and in-person
- Engage in ideation and product enhancements
- Assist in taking care of End to end customer journey management for Telco 2.0 pilot users
- Take in customer queries, escalate to relevant teams and get back to customer with feedback
- Assist in getting on-field feedback from customers and documenting for improvement
- Assist in recruitment for pilot users in universities
- Assist with testing of the product and document improvements and bugs for sharing with vendor
Required Skills and Abilities
Your Merits: (these are must haves in terms of qualifications & experience & specific technical /professionals skills that you want from the applicant)
- Students from a Business, Marketing or IT background
- Strong problem solver, who thinks quick on their feet.
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation in English and Bahasa Malay.
- Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team.
- Program available from 3-6 months, open for non-official internship requirement as well
