We are currently seeking an Intern – Compensation & Benefits to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 
 
About The Job: 
 
To provide support to the Area C&B manager on all C&B related activities. 
 
During contract execution

• Main Roles and Responsibilities: Ensure all related C&B matters are being addressed and resolved. Actively participated in brainstorming session. 
• Key tasks: Preparation and presenting slides related to C&B to internal stake holders in providing the solutions. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Must Have: Degree in Business, Economic, with CGPA more than 3.33.                   
• Good to Have: Quick strategic and operationalized thinking, good presentation skills, analytic skills - number crunching using excel spreadsheet, and fast learner.

Starting Date: Immediate. 
 
Successful candidate would be employed on 6 months internship.
