We are currently seeking Internship – L&D to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 
 
Successful candidates would be offered 6 months of internship. 
 
Provides general administrative support to Learning and Development (Center of Excellence). 
    
Internship at T.EN People & Culture multicultural workforce provides invaluable professional experience and allows students to test the theories and concepts they have been introduced to throughout their university experience.

What You Will Do

Successful candidates will be performing the following key roles:

• Performs administrative functions related to the Learning programs and Learning centers. 
• Maintains and keeps current a database with information about needs and wants of guests and instructors, as directed. 
• Prepares basic related reports and ad hoc analysis. 
• Provides technical support to instructors so that they make best use of the provided facilities and technologies. 
• Set up classrooms with the tables, chairs and meeting supplies, as requested. 
• Participates in daily and weekly planning sessions, reviewing the details of upcoming events and discussing relevant logistical matters. 
• Deals with external suppliers and partners.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Candidate must be currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; CGPA of 3.0 or above, or at least second class upper.  
• Computer literate and able to work independently. 

Minimum of 6 months.  
 
Starting Date: Immediate.
