Intern - Information & Digital Services

What You Will Do

• Performs full routine, administrative and general office and project support to the team. 
• The role may also provide support system services to one or more individuals. 
• Prepares basic reports, presentations and correspondences, gathering and summarizing data, as directed. 
• Regularly contacts vendors, suppliers or employees outside the immediate work. 
• Assembles relevant data and compiles information as directed. 
• Organizes and maintains files of correspondence and records, following up on pending matters. 
• Schedules appointments and coordinates arrangements for meetings and conferences.
• Organizes and expedites flow of work through supervisor's office and initiates any follow-up action. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

You are meant for this job if: 

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in relevant field. 

Additional Skills: 

• Knowledgeable in requested area. 
• Able to perform multitasking and work under pressure in a dynamic environment. 
• Ability to take initiatives (being autonomous) and follow up with details. 
• Good command of English. 
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment. 
• Has attention to detail.
• Good skills of communication.
