Intern - Corporate Communications - Marketing

The Programme

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Communications Intern to join our team.  
 
The Communications Intern will work closely with our communications team in the Kuala Lumpur office to support our internal and external communication initiatives.  
 
If you share our determination to drive the transition to a low-carbon future, then this could be the job for you. We are currently seeking an Intern – Corporate Communications to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 
 
Successful candidate would be employed on 6 months to 12 months internship

What You Will Do

• Assist in creating and executing internal and external communications strategies. 
• Draft and edit communication materials, including internal releases, press releases, campaign promo and email newsletters. 
• Conduct research and provide insights for communications campaigns. 
• Help plan and execute events, webinars, and other communication initiatives. 
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop messaging and content. 
• Assist in managing communication platforms and tools. 
• Collaborate and provide support as a contributing member of the team.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field. 
• Someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in corporate communications. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. 
• Experience with graphic design and video editing is a plus. 
• Proficiency in applications: 
• Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Adobe Creative Cloud (is a plus).
