The Energy Transition Graduate Program provides you with a rotation scheme to experience two different missions across two years in one of our three career paths: Technology, Commercial and Culture. 
 
Applying to this offer, you will join us as a permanent employee in the Technology path in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia as Project Engineer.  
 
Through this path, you will explore the leading-edge technologies driving the NetZero and testing new sustainable solutions together with our Project Management & Engineering team. 

What you Will Do

  • Assist Project Manager to meet project quality, cost, and schedule. 
  • Prepares the list of applicable Project procedures. 
  • Prepares necessary project Procedures. 
  • Assists Project Manager in organizing project kick-off meting and progress meetings. 
  • Conducts internal weekly progress meetings and other inter-discipline meetings as required. 
  • Prepares Minutes of Meetings for all meetings. 
  • Assists the Project Manager to set up project office facilities. 
  • Assists the Project Manager to produce weekly and monthly progress reports. 
  • Promotes teamwork within project task force/ team. 
  • Ensures all technical interfaces among various disciplines are properly managed and resolved. 
  • Monitors engineering disciplines progress and expedites the issuance of discipline deliverables per project schedule. 
  • Assists the Project Manager in the proper distribution of contract documents to the relevant disciplines. 
  • Coordinates Change Notices and Design Basis Deviations distribution. 
  • Organizes project review meetings such as layout review, 3D model review, etc. 
  • Assists Project Manager in closing out all the project related actions and preparation of archiving of documents. 
  • Plan and oversee digital and software development projects. 
  • Implement digital system integration of the various software in the EPC environment.

Your second mission:

Your second mission will get you to continue your learning journey in the Technology specifically in Process Safety Engineering Discipline path and deepen your understanding of Technip Energies organization. You may be subject to a geographical move.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • You are graduating in 2022 or about to graduate in 2023. 
  • You demonstrate proven interested towards Energy Transition. 
  • You are Graduate or Post Graduate in Chemical Engineering. 
  • You are an agile learner, capable of understanding situations that have differing dimensions & complexity. 
  • Your ideas catch others' attention. 
  • You have strong presentation skills and have mastered the English language. 
  • You have a strong team spirit mindset. 
  • You are an active listener and at ease in a multicultural environment. 
  • You welcome diverse perspectives to reach the best results. 
  • You nurture extracurricular interests with an inquisitive mindset.
