What You Will Do 

• Supports HR Services filings/documentations and administrative functions in the areas of recruitment, compensation & benefits as well as updating and maintenance of HR records. 
• Assists in the advertising of vacant positions within the company and, screening of candidates and arrangement of interviews. 
• To assist in pre-employment preparation and employee on boarding process. 
• To update photos, vacancy listing and relevant updates in social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) 
• To assist in special projects as and when required.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Psychology, Social Science, or equivalent. 
• Candidate must possess at least a CGPA of 3.0 and above. 
• Required skill (s): good coordination skills, good communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, positive learning attitude. 
• Applicants must be willing to work in Sunway Pyramid (Bandar Sunway).

Internship for at least 3 – 6 months (preferably 6 months).
