What You Will Do
- Supports HR Services filings/documentations and administrative functions in the areas of recruitment, compensation & benefits as well as updating and maintenance of HR records.
- Assists in the advertising of vacant positions within the company and, screening of candidates and arrangement of interviews.
- To assist in pre-employment preparation and employee on boarding process.
- To update photos, vacancy listing and relevant updates in social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook).
- To assist in special projects as and when required.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Commerce, Economics, Psychology, Social Science, or equivalent.
- Candidate must possess at least a CGPA of 3.0 and above.
- Required skill (s) - Good coordination skills, good communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, positive learning attitude.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Sunway Pyramid (Bandar Sunway).
