Executive – Accounts: 
 
Sunway College (Johor) welcomes interested candidates to submit their resume for the above stated position with the following specifications:

• Manage the financial aspect of scholarships awarded to students. 
• Grant and disburse scholarships accurately on time in the systems. 
• Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. 
• Assist in budget for scholarships. 
• Process student-related payment refunds. 
• Preparation of bank reconciliations. 
• Handle queries related to scholarships and student refunds. 
• Support other credit control functions namely processing of forms, sending out payment advice, Issuing CN/DN & other relevant reports. 
• Perform cashier duties during enrolment peak period, Open Days, extended counselling period and as and when required.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Possess at least a degree in relevant fields of studies. 
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
• Well versed in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel and Word). 
• Meticulous and detailed. 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Mature and pleasant personality. 
• Multilingual verbal and written language competency will be an added advantage.
