The Programme

Join us as Sales Intern, you will have exposure to the customer facing role and focus into customer centricity. Throughout the internship journey, you will receive a professional guidance provided by business leaders personally as your career coach.

Working as a part of the sales team in Professional Trade Channel, you will be based remotely in Penang, so driving sales and engaging with customers as a self-starter must be in your DNA.  

With guidance and training provided, your main responsibility will be to assist managing and growing the Signify business profitability and partner base in the territory, support the team to achieve sales targets.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Strong interest in sales/ marketing related jobs.
  • Fresh graduate (in Business Admin/ Marketing/ Electrical & Engineering) or 1-2 years' experience in sales.
  • Good inter-personal skills, ability to work in team and cooperate across functions or business units.
  • Capability of conceptual and analytical thinking.
  • Good learning agility, ability to self-reflect.
  • Strong execution ability.
  • Able to bring in creative ideas.
  • Excellent command of both oral and written English.
  • Proficient with Office software, Excel/PPT/Word.
  • Commitment to a min of 6-month internship duration.
