The Shopee Apprentice Program is an internship programme specially designed to equip you with strong professional skills and develop you into a young leader.  
 
Get ready to make a difference to the e-commerce industry and dive head-first into participating in end-to-end processes in large-scale projects and launching integral initiatives.

Mentorship & Development: 
 
Strengthen your capabilities and equip yourself with relevant & valuable professional skills through structured training programmes and on-the-job learning. You will be paired with a mentor and receive guidance throughout the programme.

Explore your potential and make your mark in Shopee by being a part of projects that impact millions in the region. At the end of the Shopee Apprentice Program, you will get to present your project to a panel of Shopee leaders.

You will get to attend an exclusive orientation programme, join social networking events and forge connections with our team of diverse and passionate individuals at Shopee. 
  
Fast-track yourself into the Shopee Graduate Development Program: 
 
You will get the opportunity to join an accelerated track to the selection rounds in the Graduate Development Program.

The Shopee Apprentice Program will place you into one of our functions below, but not limited to:

• Business Development. 
• Business Intelligence. 
• Marketing. 
• Operations.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Final-year university students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline at a recognized university. 
• Self-starter who is eager to learn and possesses a can-do attitude. 
• A team player with good interpersonal and strong communication skills. 
• Effective problem solver who is able to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 
• Available for a full-time internship for a minimum of 12 weeks / 3 months. 
• Intake months will be in December 2023 or January 2024, depending on your university schedule.
