Seller Community Intern - Business Development

The Programme 

The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan.  
 
The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices. 

What You Will Do 

• To assist the teams' day to day operations in logistics handling of our offline initiatives for both Seller Engagement and
• Seller Education sub-teams, tracking event attendance and results which will feed into our KPI. 
• To support Seller Education initiatives by assisting in project managing initiatives from end to end, from communications to supporting team to build up MCQs, mock training, grading assessment, and awarding Shopee Xperts for the upcoming batch. 
• To support Seller Engagement initiative by performing data analysis, slide preparation, communication and stakeholder management between ShopeeUni FB group, Bintangs and sellers in general. 
• The intern will also have an opportunity to copywrite for a variety of projects/programmes, working closely with the PICs and design teams to brainstorm ideas, consult, and develop messaging from the lens of sellers.
• Thorough research and interviews will be required to understand respective department's, products/services, and business development goals.   

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any major field. 
• Good project management skills or experience. 
• Good stakeholder management and presentation skills. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 3 months.
