The Programme

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products.  
 
The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates.  
 
The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

What You Will Do

• Act as interface between buyer and seller, setting realistic expectations. 
• Resolving fulfilment related problems and providing support to customers ensuring a high level of satisfaction. 
• Ensure resolution of fulfilment to related problems and disputes. 
• Provide effective solutions for customers on dispute issues. 
• Assists in developing and improving existing dispute processes.

Required Skills and Abilities

• A degree from a recognized university. 
• Fresh graduates or experienced applicants are welcome to apply. 
• Strong communication skills, logical thinking and problem-solving skills. 
• Good team players possess a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. 
• Driven and motivated, has a passion for the E-Commerce industry. 
• Past experience in dispute is a plus. 
• Experience in using Zendesk/Salesforce system is a plus. 
• Willing to work weekend shifts.
