Quality Check Regulator - Listing - Operations - SG Marketplace

The Programme

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products.  
 
The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates.  
 
The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

What You Will Do

• Take an active role to monitor, review and assess reported cases received from SG governing bodies to ensure products comply with SG laws and regulations. 
• Removing products that are not allowed to be listed in accordance with Shopee Policies and Regulator request within SLA. 
• To review the ingredients prohibited for drugs and to be updated in the Shopee Policies. 
• Work with the Customer Support and Business Development teams to handle listing inquiries. 
• Perform analysis on the product quality and understand marketplace policies and guidelines related to listings policy restricted items. 
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience with minimum skills of basic pharmaceutical background or related work experience 
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written forms, and the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders 
• Excellent comprehension skills 
• Strong logical thinking and demonstrates problem-solving skills 
• Positive growth mindset and ability to work multitasking 
• Adaptive to a fast-paced and dynamic environment 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
