Quality Assurance Analyst - Business Development

The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic.  
 
The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. 
 
The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

What You Will Do

• Review and sanitize extracted data to ensure it is free from errors, inconsistencies, and irrelevant information. 
• Analyze the sanitized data to identify patterns, trends, and potential issues. 
• Classify data anomalies, discrepancies, and irregularities according to predefined criteria. 
• Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing the results of data analysis and issue classification. 
• Communicate findings to relevant stakeholders and assist in decision-making processes. 
• Understand the key drivers of seller satisfaction, identify opportunities and determine strategies to improve overall service.

Required Skills and Abilities

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.  
• Working experience in data extraction, data analysis, or quality assurance would be an added advantage. 
• Proficiency in Excel formulas, such as VLOOKUP and INDEX MATCH. 
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently as needed. 
• A strong understanding of data privacy and security regulations is advantageous.
