The Programme 

The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic.  
 
The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan.  
 
The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices. 

What You Will Do 

• Assist in gathering competitors' promo strategy and communication plans. 
• Assist in preparing the dashboard and reporting to monitor performance tracking on a weekly basis.   
• Assist in evaluating and defining business metrics and assist in developing analysis that leads to actionable insights to support the continuous optimization of incentives and marketing strategy.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for automation and optimization for various processes 

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any major field. 
• Proficient in MS Excel functions. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Has the ability to multitask and cope well under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 3 months.
