The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
What You Will Do
- Monitor payment transactions and conduct consolidation of transactions.
- Manage all payment channels, handle payment-related records, reports and contracts.
- Work with the Customer Support teams to handle user inquiries and troubleshooting of payment-related issues.
- Document payment processes and FAQs and work on continuous process improvement.
- Develop new payment channels.
- Act as the focal point of contact with the technical team for payment channel integrations.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Both Fresh graduates or experienced applicants are welcome (we can discuss the entry level based on your previous experience).
- Strong communication skills in email, face-to-face conversation and messenger discussion.
- Experience in managing AP/AR.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills at all times.
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn.
- Driven and motivated.
- Has passion in the eCommerce industry.
- Previous experience in payment is a plus.
