Operations - ShopeeFood - Logistics/Supply Chain - Fresh Graduates

The Programme

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products.  
 
The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates.  
 
The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. 
 
This role will be placed in the Driver Operations Team – ShopeeFood.

What You Will Do

• Overseeing Warehouse & Logistic Operations. 
  Conducting competitor analysis studies. 
  Assisting in order monitoring. 
  Helping escalates merchant-related issues to the merchant team, which are reported or highlighted on social media, close groups, or through direct reports from drivers. 
  Supporting internal analysis and projects within the ground team and other departments as required. 
  Working closely with ops excellence. 
  Liaising with walk-in drivers to address inquiries or complaints.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Fresh graduates with a background in operations management or related fields or 1-2 years experience are welcome. 
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Flexibility to take on new tasks. 
• Analytical skills would be an added advantage. 
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint to handle and analyze large-size data and present trends to higher management. 
• Familiarity with E-commerce and logistics is a plus.
