The Programme

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates.  
 
The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. 

What You Will Do

• To assist the supervisor to do handover of vehicles internally. 
• To assist in checking the new inbound/outbound vehicles. 
• To assist in vehicle storage. 
• To monitor the conditions for new and existing fleet in storage. 
• Assist the team in terms of running the day-to-day operations, including reporting and updating trackers. 
• Based in Pulau Indah, Selangor.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor's degree. 
• Able to commence a full-time internship for a minimum of 3 months. 
• Possess own transport to commute to Pulau Indah, Selangor.
