Fleet Maintenance Coordinator - Asset Management

The Programme

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products.  
 
The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates.  
 
The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

What You Will Do

• Manage and lay down SOPs for vehicle documentation for all SPX vehicles. This includes proper tracking and documentation on movements of vehicle grants, road taxes, spare keys, to different vendors and different states for SPX Vehicle Inspections. 
• Documentation of maintenance charges by vehicle workshops. 
• Analysis on monthly maintenance cost incurred by SPX vehicles to detect fraudulent activities / leakages. 
• Keeping track on vehicle license renewal dates (such as Puspakom dates, Roadtax dates, Insurance dates) and arranging for renewal of the different regulatory requirements of vehicles on time. 
• Stakeholder management in aligning with vendors on invoicing, payment arrangements and service quality.  
• Data entry on summons incurred for SPX vehicles and status update on clearance of the summons. 
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the department head/reporting line.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field. 
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
• Good in communication and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a good advantage. 
• Able to proactively provide feedback and updates to relevant stakeholders is required. 
• Able to work independently in a dynamic and diverse environment. 
• Working location: Pulau Indah, Westport.
