The Programme

The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

What You Will Do

  • Educate new Shopee sellers on methods to optimize their Shopee store to increase their traction in Shopee.
  • Identify Shopee Seller’s needs and grow order rates of Shopee Sellers’ account to sustainable levels.
  • Actively communicate via phone calls and emails to proactively support Shopee Sellers.
  • Select and curate items under the assigned category for various campaigns, promotions, online marketing, and media as required.
  • Analyse the performance of campaigns, Shocking Sales etc to ensure achievement of income targets.
  • Analyse data, reports and trends with the business development team.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • A recognized degree in any field; experience in the e-commerce industry will be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical skills (experience with Excel analysis necessary).
  • Innovative problem-solving skills ; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly.
  • Excellent command of English, other ability to converse fluently in their language will be an added advantage.
