Contract Finance Executive - AP - 6-Months

What You Will Do

• Manage AP related matters. 
• Process bulk payouts to users. 
• Prepare vendor payments in the bank portal for authorization and obtain approval per the bank authorization approval matrix. 
• Review employee claims and process reimbursement. 
• Monitor bank balance and ensure sufficient funds to pay merchants. 
• Involve in month end closing and audit preparation. 
• Manage the bank reconciliation process. 
• Prepare payables aging report. 
• Manage CX team requests related to users. 
• Safekeeping of accounting documents such as bank statements and remittance advices. 
• Assist on any ad hoc task assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and/or Finance. 
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
• Experience in the tech or financial services industry will be a plus point. 
• Experience in Oracle NetSuite is welcomed. 
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 
• A committed team player with good interpersonal skills 
• Meticulous and detail oriented. 
• Self-driven and motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment 
• High integrity and able to work independently.
