CX Research Analyst - Marketing

What You Will Do

  • Design and conduct in Philippines qualitative studies such as field observations, interviews, usability tests and customer feedback analysis for existing and future products and quantitative studies such as surveys to evaluate impact of product changes.         
  • Conduct quantitative studies such as surveys to evaluate the impact of product changes.         
  • Study competitor platforms and market trends to identify opportunities. 
  • Explore and adapt new research practices to improve the team’s effectiveness and speed.         
  • Communicate research findings to ensure a holistic view of our users and collaborate closely with stakeholders (e.g., Product, Design, Operations, Business Development.)         
  • Checking customer sentiments through reviews and ratings on marketplaces (Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and Huawei App Gallery), social media (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Reddit, etc.), and other applicable channels.       

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably majoring in Business Administration, Statistics, Marketing, Marketing Research, Design, Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, Social Work, Community Development, Social Sciences or any related course. 
    year of work experience in Field or Qualitative Research, or other similar roles. Open for fresh graduates to apply. 
  • Preferably experience in the FinTech industry, handling Customer Experience Research. 
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively. 
  • Systematic thinker with the ability to understand the holistic picture and complex considerations 
  • Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to analyze and synthesize data from both quantitative and qualitative sources. 
  • Demonstrated track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environment Self-starter with strong sense of curiosity. 
  • Familiarity with survey tools and operations.
