What You Will Do

• Aid in the ideation, execution and launch of Deposits and Payments products - for both retail and key corporate clients - by collaborating with Product, Risk, Compliance and Operations teams. 
• Assist the lead in managing the Profit & Loss, analyzing the businesses and drive growth for Deposits and Payments by working with Marketing as well as various partners. 
• Facilitate the creation or improvement of processes to ensure effective control measures are in place.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Graduate of any Data, Math, Business or Banking-related courses from a good university. 
• 1-3 years of work experience in Business Development or product in a Bank or E-wallet is an advantage, but not required. 
• Open to fresh graduates who have strong interest in the digital business. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
• Proficient in Google Suite applications. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
• Amenable to work in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City.
