Seagate Human Resources Information System (HRIS) team supports full life-cycle delivery and ongoing support of strategic technology initiatives primarily for the Human Resources business units locally and globally.

Your Seagate Journey with us:

• Within 1 month you will be learning/understanding the technical skillset, collaboration tool and other relevant tools required. 
• Within 3 months you will be able to get involved in the actual assignments and projects based on the learning progression.

What You Will Do

• Work with our Engineers to support the integration development and web application analysis and development covering incident resolution and enhancement. 
• The role will be reporting to the HRIS Senior Manager with a mentor guide.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Well versed in Object Oriented Programming and methodology. 
• Proactive and forward-thinking attitude. 
• Creative problem-solving ability. 
• Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Technology/Software Programming or IT related field.

Your experience includes:

Hands-on web application development assignments will be an added advantage. 
Open minded and willingness to learn on integrations from the training and mentoring by the Seniors.
