We are looking for a Regional Payroll Specialist to make a difference!

What You Will Do

• Process in-house payroll using a payroll system for Philippines. Familiarity with Philippines statutory regulations and income tax policies is a plus. 
• Review payroll advice, perform and validate payroll calculations and reconciliations in compliance with the payroll calendar, company policies and income tax & statutory regulations. 
• Meet service expectations on payroll accuracy and timeliness and achieve successful audits. 
• Prepare and submit Payroll Reports, Statutory Reports, and Income Tax Reports. 
• Create/Maintain payroll documentation (Work process, pay advice, approval documents, etc.). 
• Maintain data updates in HR information systems. 
• Participate in projects to drive work simplification, digitization, and automation. 
• Manage stakeholders and employees; query handling, communication, and training. 
• Opportunity to take up more than 1 country.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/HR/Mathematics/Accounting. 
• At least 2 years of payroll experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
• An appetite for challenges. 
• Independent, meticulous, time-conscious and organized. 
• Able to work in a team.
