Field Services Secure Power Intern

You will embark on a journey to first master the fundamentals of operations and then demonstrate to the sales team how we can monetize the installed base date to fulfill customer needs. 
 
You will also lead initiatives and support the sales leaders in the improvement of Sales Operations.

What You Will Do

• To search the manual ERF/Start-up form from our system (Email or Service Provide E-Maintenance portal) and key in into the bfo and compiling a list for remote sales to call out. 
• Cleaning up and decommissioning equipment that has reached EOSL (End of Services-Life) in bfs system. 
• Merging all duplicate accounts and installed base records. 
• Preparing for 2024 Platforming accounts.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Education: Student currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any field. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications – Preferably able to automate worksheets and use power tools (e.g., Power BI). 
• Strong analytical skills. 
• Good organization skills and detail oriented. 
• Able to work within tight timelines, a fast learner and possess good interpersonal skills.
