Business Services Graduate Trainee - Operations

What You Will Do

Operational:

• Assist in maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders by addressing inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely payments to enhance vendor satisfaction. 
• Manage BPO provider relationship at local level (governance, performance monitoring, root cause analysis review, follow up and improvement of actions in place) to ensure business continuity & deliver the operations without disruption for several countries. 
• Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data by reconciling accounts, validating information, and conducting regular governance calls with BPO team. 
• Support on the implementation of the Core Model locally in coordination with BPO team and Global Head of Core model: 
• Guide end users and coordinate S2V activities from the definition of the need to the payment of the supplier, including contracting part, purchase order communication and all required follow-up actions. 
• To update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as and when required and obtain validation from S2V specialist/Partner. 
• To ensure timely & quality month-end closing and reporting of legal statutory account within Sanofi Group Calendar timeframes 
• To manage any other tasks as assigned by S2V specialist/partner. 
• To support ad-hoc projects implementation.

Compliance:

• Ensure S2V process is adherence to financial policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. 
• To support internal & external audit and follow up on identified issues.

Continuous improvement:

• To proactively alert in issue/roadblock and propose solution to S2V specialist & partners. 
• Actively participate in ongoing training and development opportunities related to S2V.
