Business Services Graduate Trainee - Communication & Engagement- Design

The Programme

Our Team: 
 
You will be part of a truly global team of Stakeholder and Employee Engagement (SEE) team as we are spread across our 4 Sanofi Hub locations – India, Hyderabad; Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur; Hungary, Budapest and Colombia, Bogota.  
 
Our drive is to foster the belonging to a One Sanofi team and create exciting and diverse hub activities locally and globally. 
 
Main responsibilities: 
 
The primary responsibility of this role is to support the development and execution of Stakeholder and Employee Engagement initiatives mainly for Kuala Lumpur Hub.

• Creating and delivering Launch Plans for various events and activities. 
• Creating (writing, designing) communication materials with the right storytelling (such as fact sheets, instructional guides, Web content, briefings, presentations). 
• Be on the lookout to improve the status quo and build new designs of how things can be done better. 
• Ensure communication messages are consistent across all internal and external channels. 
• Execution of Engagement sessions keeping in mind multicultural backgrounds of teams. 
• Work collaboratively within the SEE team and other functions on various projects which involve. taking stakeholder feedback and developing solutions based on the received feedback.

Required Skills and Abilities

Skills required:

• Graduate in any stream. 
• Fluency in written and spoken English. 
• Curious mind, Problem-Solver mentality, Can-do attitude, Good in building connections and interpersonal skills, strong communication, editorial and presentation skills. 
• Digitally savvy - proficient level in using broad range of Microsoft O365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint), image and video editing tool knowledge is an advantage.

It’s a bonus if you:

• are from marketing, communications, design, GBS specialization or enjoy creation (video content, blogging, music etc.). 
• have done any project at your university or other internship program which involved you setting up a team/committee and delivered results.
