People Development & Operations Intern - Psychology

The Programme

We are looking for a pro-active, passionate and talented People Development & Operations Intern to join our team.  
 
As a People Development & Operations Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the daily work of the People Development & Operations Specialist within the People & Culture team. 
 
During the internship, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the following:

• Support the processing, application and submission process related to the Human Resources Development Corporation (HRDC) training grant and claims. 
• Assist to update the HRDC training grant tracker with relevant data and input.  
• Render support for on ground coordination tasks related to Learning & Development programs organized by the People &
• Culture Business Partner team. 
• Assist to update the site training calendar with relevant data and input.  
• Liaison support with the stakeholders or requestors related to HRDC grant and training related matters. 
• Render support for site initiatives and events organized by the People & Culture Business Partner team. 
• Assist in compiling related raw data for scheduled meetings and reporting purposes.  
• Render support for new joiners’ onboarding and induction program. 

Required Skills and Abilities

You are an enrolled student in the advanced phase of your Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or in a related field.
